Return & Exchange Policy – Titliblush
At Titliblush, each piece is carefully designed and quality-checked to ensure you receive the best. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- We offer exchange only, no returns or refunds.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
🚫 No Exchange / Return In Following Cases
- Sale / discounted items
- Customized or altered products
- Size issues (please check size details carefully before ordering)
- Color difference due to lighting or screen resolution
- Minor fitting preferences (as fitting varies from person to person)
❌ Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A wrong product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear product images
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.
🚚 Exchange Process
- Once approved, customers must ship the product back to us.
- Reverse pickup is not available.
- Shipping charges for exchange (both sides) will be borne by the customer.
- Exchange will be processed after we receive and inspect the product.
⏳ Processing Time
Exchange processing time: 5–7 working days after receiving the product.
